Senior Network Technician Team Leader

Job Description: Our company is seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Network Technician Team Leader. This role involves managing and leading a professional and experienced team of technicians, with a focus on installing network systems, managing and maintaining network infrastructures, and identifying and solving technical issues in real time. The ideal candidate will be able to impart their extensive knowledge to the team, handle technological challenges, and provide quick and thorough solutions.

Job Requirements:

1. 5-10 years of experience in the network field.
2. Experience in Layers 2 and 3 of communication.
3. Knowledge and experience in installing network systems such as FW, routers, and switches.
4. Experience in setting up VLAN from level 0.
5. Ability to configure switches at the CLI level.
6. Experience in identifying network issues and providing quick solutions.
7. Familiarity with VDOOM and experience working on WIFI communication systems – a significant advantage.
8. Ability to work under pressure and provide immediate solutions to the technical team.
9. Advantage for candidates with experience in installing EDR and similar network solutions.
10. Honesty, transparency, and the ability to communicate clearly and openly about professional knowledge and experience.
11. Managerial experience – an advantage but not mandatory.
