Assistant Controller

The ideal candidate will be comfortable generating frequent financial reports for senior management. They should track financial information in a well-organized manner and assist the Controller in all aspects related to finance at the organization. This candidate should be comfortable analyzing balance sheets in order to forecast revenue and keep track of accounts payable and receivable. 

Responsibilities

·      Manage and review Subsidiaries bookkeeping.

·      Review, prepare and oversee subsidiaries periodical reporting.

·      Take part in monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing process.

·      Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and system improvements to enhance the workflow of the department.

·      Tax reports (Israel and USA).

• ·Undertaking ad-hoc financial tasks.

Qualifications

·      An academic education in accounting.

·      CPA a must.

·      Internship in one of the big 4 a must.

·      Fluent in English.

·      Able to work as part of a team, yet also able to work independently.

·      High analytical skills preparation, reporting and presentation.

·      Excellent Excel skills.

·      Able to meet deadlines and have multitasking abilities.

·      Willingness to commit to the job and put in long hours when needed.
