About the Opportunity:

ROOMS is looking for a talented regional manager to manage and operate our coworking spaces in the Sharon area and lead our amazing teams. The ideal candidate will be a team player with extensive management experience, excellent customer service skills, and a strong drive to initiate and continually improve in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Management and Operations:

• Managing and developing the staff in the coworking spaces.
• Handling operational issues within the complex and addressing the daily needs of our clients.
• Serving as the liaison between the coworking spaces and the ROOMS headquarters.
• Collaborating with various departments within the company—HR, marketing, accounting, operations, sales, etc., to ensure the spaces meet their goals.

1. Customer Service:

• Maintaining and developing customer experience.
• Ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
• Being available and responsive to customer inquiries and questions.
• Handling complaints and managing conflicts.
• Creating a pleasant and supportive environment for clients and staff.

1. Marketing and Sales:

• Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients to the spaces.
• Managing relationships with existing clients and ensuring their retention.
• Overseeing sales efforts and implementing solutions to improve occupancy rates of the spaces.

1. Financial Management:

• Managing the budget and expenses of the spaces.
• Analyzing and understanding financial reports.
• Ensuring profitability and meeting the company's financial targets.

1. Maintenance and Property Management:

• Supervising the ongoing maintenance of the spaces, including repairs and cleaning.
• Managing inventory of equipment and furniture in the spaces.
• Working with external service providers.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in team management.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience – an advantage.
• Experience in managing coworking spaces or hotels – an advantage.
• High management skills and excellent interpersonal relations.
• Developed marketing and sales skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems – an advantage.
