Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences, with a passion for developing exceptional UX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Develop and maintain a design system aligned with our brand’s vision and user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams for technical feasibility and user-centric outcomes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
• Define and execute a user experience strategy aligned with business and product goals.
• Produce design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and specifications.
• Create interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and interactions.
• Perform usability testing and create mockups, using product analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage design projects from concept to delivery and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing work on complex platforms and mobile apps.
• Strong creative and visual skills with an organized and methodical approach, proven teamwork capabilities and experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly.
• Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and team collaboration.
• Deep understanding of user-centered and data-driven design methodologies.
• Up-to-date with industry knowledge and UX/UI best practices, including user research and a user-centered design approach.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital field - a big plus.
