We're a well-funded, stable startup located in the heart of Ramat Gan (near the train station) looking for a talented Staff Cloud Architect to join our growing team.

In this role, you will:

• Build, lead, and manage a team of passionate Cloud Architects who help our customers design and implement complex, production-grade cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate closely with our customers' technical and leadership teams to understand their specific needs and design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing regular feedback and performance reviews to accelerate their career development.
• Partner with the CTO to establish robust internal and external processes for scaling our business while prioritizing customer value and satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with Account Management, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assess, design, and plan cloud migrations to AWS, considering both technical and business aspects.
• Continuously improve pre-sales processes by working with the Sales team to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, ultimately creating significant value.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead / Architect for large-scale production-grade products or architectures.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies, with at least 5 years focused on AWS and selecting appropriate tools to solve business problems.
• Proven people leadership or tech leadership skills.
• Expertise in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• Demonstrated experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies.
