Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in multidisciplinary systems. Experience with complex hardware and software systems is highly desirable. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our product lines, from conception through launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our power electronics products, aligning with company goals and market needs.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and positioning.

Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Development: Lead the product development process, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional activities. Work closely with the sales team to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure our products meet and exceed their expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the power electronics industry or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of power electronics, including hardware and software components. Experience with complex HW+SW systems is an advantage.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Note: Position requires at least 4 days onsite every week.
