Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NOC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing a 24/7 NOC. They will be responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure monitoring systems and providing support to end users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the NOC, which operates 24/7
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure monitoring systems
• Analyze and troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues
• Provide technical support to end users
• Develop and implement NOC procedures and policies
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT technologies
• Train and mentor NOC staff

Job requirements:

• Technological degree in one of the fields: information systems, software engineering, computer science, industry and management, business administration (with technological specialization)
• At least one year of experience in managing a technological support center in the field of IT
• Control of computer systems, software and Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with telephony systems
• high level English
