Java Team Lead

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Team Lead to join our team! If you're passionate about leading skilled developers and hands-on with code, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

- Lead a team of 5-7 developers, providing technical guidance.

- Code hands-on for at least 50% of your time.

- Design solution architectures and write technical specs.

- Break down tasks for the team.

- Implement advanced tech solutions and development processes.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders in an Agile environment.

What You Need:

- 5+ years Full Stack development experience.

- 2-3 years leading a development team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Proficiency in Java + Spring/Spring Boot.

- Experience in web client development - React\Angular and databases.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, integration, and advanced tech like microservices.

- Familiarity with Client DevOps and cloud environments.

- Bonus: experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Splunk, and insurance claims understanding.
