Finance Collection and Operation Specialist - Entry level position

We are currently looking for a full-time Finance Collection and Operation Specialist to join our finance team in our Tel Aviv site.

Responsibilities:

• Support and interact with both customers and interfaces within the company
• Manage and monitor the collection status
• Undertake special projects and ad hoc reports as needed/requested
• In charge of monthly revenue reports
• Email response to customers
• Follow-up on overdue debts
• Recording and detailing payments from customers
• Interacting with customer’s online platforms
• Maintaining collection report sheets

Requirements:

• English at a very high level, reading & writing - a must!
• Knowledge in Excel – a must!
• At least 1 year of experience in collection or finance – a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Being reliable and trustworthy in the execution of responsibilities
