We are looking for a skilled and experienced bookkeeper (type 2) to join our team in Tel Aviv.
Key Responsibilities
Managing supplier relations both locally and internationally
Processing purchase invoices and handling import documentation
Coordinating payments to suppliers, both international and domestic
Overseeing card index coordination
Managing credit cards and petty cash transactions
Conducting regular banking activities
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping type 2
Proficient in Excel
Experience in customs clearance and inventory management is an advantage
