The Lev academic Center Recruits: An Technician Computer at Jerusalem

Responsibilities:

Responding to the organization's employees, handling computer malfunctions and installations

handling of end equipment of all kinds

Work in a Microsoft environment.

Providing answers and help in connecting to computers, switchboard, VPN and terminal.

Support for any Office 365 and OUTLOOK environment.

Working with different suppliers.

Writing scripts.

Regular work with AD, GPO, DNS and backups.

Performing software installations according to the users' needs.

Qualifications:

Relevant education - computer technician - mandatory.

Previous experience of two years or more in the field of IT - mandatory.

Experience in maintaining, managing and setting up servers.

MCSA/ MCSE graduates.

Experience in handling computer hardware - maintenance and replacement, and knowledge in setting up and handling printers and drivers.

Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.

Experience in Microsoft 365 - an advantage.

High level English - reading, writing and speaking.

Ability to work in a team

Ability to solve problems
