Shift manager for operations and customer service

Company Description

The company specializes in providing customized travel services tailored to each customer using advanced technologies. It provides advanced travel services to government agencies, municipalities, hospitals, leading private and public companies in Israel, with hundreds of nationwide drivers.

This is a full-time on-site role as a Shift Manager for Operations and Customer Service at FWD Business Rides located in Holon. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and customer service activities. This includes managing a team of employees, ensuring smooth operations, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve service quality.

• Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations or customer service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good knowledge of the transportation industry and understanding of customer needs
• Proficiency in using relevant computer software and applications
• Flexible availability to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
