Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer wanted for a startup developing an AI-based knowledge management solution. 

Hybrid Position(3/2) in Tel Aviv

You'll be responsible of:

- Providing technical guidance and support to prospects and customers.

- Explaining products and services to customers and working closely with them to understand their technical requirements and develop effective solutions.

- Assisting with product demonstrations, presentations, and technical webinars.

- Providing training to clients, both in person and remotely, to ensure efficient use of our products.

- Handling technical inquiries and providing in-depth information to clients.

- Supporting deal closure by addressing technical challenges and objections.

- Gathering feedback from customers and the sales team to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales engineering

- Previous experience in a startup environment

- Hands-on software development experience

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly.

- Fluency in English is a must.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building meaningful relationships.
