Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Extal Ltd. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in aluminum extrusions, is a plus
• Knowledge of international sales and export procedures
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
