Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan based on company growth goals and budget.
• Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive creative plan, including content for social media platforms, email, and web.
• Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels to maximize reach and engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency with meticulous attention to detail, aligning with company goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2C.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Experience working in hyper-growth startups.
• Experience in the Israeli market is a plus.
