Since 1991, Intel Capital has been a leading investor in the IT industry and one of the early investors in AI. Intel Capital is the venture arm of Intel, focusing on early-stage investments in Cloud technologies, Silicon, Devices, and Frontier technologies such as mobility and robotics.

We are hiring an investment analyst student to join the AI team in the Cloud segment. The team oversees investments in data, analytics, AI, and overseas responsibilities, from deal sourcing to active investment management.

The Investment Analyst Student will support the worldwide Investment team in deal sourcing and strategy. This is a big opportunity for someone passionate about SW development, AI, and early-stage startups.

Responsibilities Include

• Analyze market and technology trends to maintain cutting-edge knowledge that will contribute to developing our investment thesis.
• Manage the deal sourcing process in AI for Intel Capital.
• Manage our internal tools and build the infrastructure that powers our investment process, including CRM, research, and analytics tools.
• Help us make data-driven decisions by developing models and utilizing analytical tools to formulate decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications

• A registered student currently pursuing a degree majoring in Statistics, Engineering, CS and Economy.
• At least two full calendry years till graduation
• Capacity to work 2.5 days a week in parallel to the studies at first from site – Petah Tikva or Jerusalem and than hybrid.
• Excellent English communication skills – work is with US based stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with data and analytics tools, a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• A passion and understanding of technology across different verticals and industries.
• Experience in evaluating market trends and conducting competitive landscapes- a plus.
• SW development skills - a plus.
• "Can do" approach, a strong willingness to learn.
• A team player who can collaborate across teams and work constructively with the global Intel Capital group.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
