Research and Development Project Manager

SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop new medical Devices as well as improve existing designs.

Managing the product development process during the R&D phase.

Creating and managing project schedules, plans, and budgets.

Recruiting and managing subcontractors as needed, managing an internal engineering team in a matrix organization.

Ensuring compliance with DHF and DMR requirements.

Responsible for verification and validation of medical device performance.

Providing R&D support to the clinical studies and regulatory submission phases.

Developing and managing risk mitigation strategies for the project.

Coordinating product development activities across different departments, including R&D, RA, QA, and more, as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Biotechnology Engineering with mechanical orientation from the Technion or other recognized universities.

3-5 years of experience as an R&D Engineer/Project manager in the medical devices industry.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical project management

High-level English skills – reading, writing, and speaking.
