Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Architect and design complex systems using microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Develop in C# and C++ on Linux and Windows platforms, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and utilize Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
- Champion agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize project management transparently.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience in leadership and architecture.
- Proficiency in C#, C++, microservices architecture, OOP, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
