We are looking for an Admin to join our team. This position will provide administrative assistance for 2 teams.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Support the unit managers with calendar meetings and day to day activities and provide administrative support to their units.
• Lead the employee experience and community relations activities for the teams
• Manage travel-related and visits issues
• Manage unit budget, procurement, suppliers and invoices
• Support the unit’s onboarding process
• Manage the unit storeroom of marketing collaterals
  
  

• Experience in administrative/project management in high-tech companies– an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible, able to work with multiple units and employees
• Excellent knowledge of office applications, including Outlook and Excel
• High-level English
• Service-oriented, organized, self-motivated and proactive
• Effective in working with multiple interfaces and multi-tasking
• Available out of office hours, to a limited extent
