Technical Recruiter (9-months contract)

Recruiters at Intuit play a critical role in building technology teams. As a Recruiter with Intuit, the expectations are high.

You will be expected to be an expert at your craft while influencing top talent and business leaders to make well-informed decisions through data insights and market intelligence.

You will create best in class experiences that delight candidates and managers while being a multiplier for your team through mentoring and training.

Our engineering teams create products for our small business and consumer products, and partner with data, product management, and design teams.

As the Recruiter partnering with our engineering organizations, you will be in a unique position to affect product outcomes by bringing the best engineering talent to Intuit.

You will be expected to think broadly and implement strategies to acquire, assess, and close top engineering talent to help the company reach its product and revenue goals.

How you'll succeed

• Develop and drive the recruiting strategy for engineering leaders across business units
• Develop and drive an assessment strategy with each hiring manager
• Lead the offer process and provide guidance to the hiring leader and HR Business Partner to arrive at competitive and equitable compensation packages
• Understand the business needs and leverage the business strategy in your communication efforts and recruiting strategy to win talent
• Collaborate and partner across teams

What it takes

• 1+ years of proven success in full-cycle technical recruitment in an in-house, corporate environment in the high tech industry
• Experience and comfort partnering and consulting with executive-level leaders
• Desire and capability to work with other Talent Acquisition partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
• A possessed ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
• Success in developing Diversity-oriented pipelines
• Success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
• Advantage: Possess an understanding of the FinTech or SaaS industry
• BA/BSc academic background (or equivalent experience)
