SW Project Manager

Responsibilities

• As a SW Project Manager, you will work closely with the various R&D teams with tight partnerships with Marketing, Services/Support, and other departments to lead the overall SW planning, oversee the global execution, and adapt to the ongoing changes of the Software project releases, under tight timelines & constraints and at high quality.
• The ideal candidate is a highly proactive leader who displays a natural ability to see the big picture, easily communicates with the various parties, and can plan & prioritize the right work items for an optimized outcome and reflect ‘crystalized’ executive status summaries of the projects to various types of stakeholders (executive level and technical level).
• In addition, this role will involve initiating and promoting R&D process improvements throughout the organization and monitoring them via clear KPIs and thorough budget management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a SW project manager.
• 5+ years in an Engineering Role, preferably from a multi-discipline organization
• Experience in the Semiconductor or Manufacturing domain – big plus
• BA in Computer Science or BSc in Engineering, MSC – Advantage
• Savvy with various R&D tools, such as bug-tracking and customer incident reporting and program life-cycle management tools (e.g., DevOps Azure / TFS and/or Jira)
• Practical experience working with Agile/Scrum, preferably as an R&D Agile /Scrum champion and promoter within the organization
• Agile CSM and CPO are a big plus
• PMI-ACP certification is a plus
• Fluent in English – Written and verbal
• Ability to generate crystal-clear top-bottom project status updates
• Very good technical skills and ability to manage issues in uncertain situations
• Experience with Problem Solving and troubleshooting
• Highly proactive and independent personality with the ability to drive multiple actions forward simultaneously
• Experience in managing risks (including mitigations and contingency plans)
• High communication and presentation skills to various types of stakeholders, including the ability to generate executive management summaries
• Experience in driving continuous improvement throughout the organization and working with various stakeholders within the company to promote improvement.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to various teams and stakeholders
