We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative and highly motivated Operations and Office Admin to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced, and technology-driven group of individual’s.
As the Operations and Office Admin you will act as CHEQs cultural ambassador, helping bring the spirit of our company into the day-to-day operations of the office.
We're looking for a highly energized and motivated individual, who is passionate about creating a friendly, welcoming work environment and who understands the overall importance of the employees day-to-day experience.
Responsibilities :
- Man the office reception, meet and greet our employees and guests and maintain a welcome and pleasant environment when entering the office
- Be part of the Operations team and a cross-team collaborator. You'll help maintain daily operations of the facilities and create a best-in-class experience for our employees
- Manage and execute general office tasks such as office supplies, food orders and deliveries
- Be responsible for office logistics, meeting rooms booking and coordinating seating arrangements in the office
- Provide a cross departments administrative support and assist with day-to-day needs of employees
- Function as a point of contact for internal and external interfaces
- Assists with activities such as employee experience and onboarding of new hires (Happy hours, birthday, and internal activities and celebrations)
- Assist with events and programs as needed
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience as an administrative/office management role
- Service oriented with a can do approach
- Highly organized ,dedicated, with attention to details & the ability to prioritize tasks and take decisions .
- Creative with out of the box thinking in approach and problem solving
- A true team player, a person with great interpersonal skills, yet independent
- Experienced in MS Office and Google Docs
- Previous experience in welfare- an advantage
- Excellent in verbal and writing communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- This role requires you to be in the office On a full-time basis - Sunday to Thursday
