What does the job include?
- Planning control during the detailed planning stage
- Control of plans and sales specifications
- Work with project managers
What is important for you to have?
- Education - registered architect or Architectural Engineer (licensed architect - an advantage) - mandatory
- Background - architectural offices / changes of tenants / coordinator/planning director in a supervision company/developer/contractor - mandatory
- Experience in planning/planning coordination of residential apartments - mandatory
- Experience working with sales plans and specifications - a must
- Good command of the Planning and Construction Law, the Law on the Sale of Apartments - mandatory
- Understanding the drafts and appendices of lawsuits and regulations - an advantage
- Mastery of drawing software - AutoCAD - a must, Revit - an advantage
