Customer Service Coordinator

Ashdar part of Ashstrom Group is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator.

Ashdar specializes in the initiation, development and marketing of quality Residential Projects throughout the country

The professional responsible for providing answers and service to the company's customers in the engineering department.

What does the job include?

Handling and providing service in housing for rent.

Answering and handling customers with any question/request before occupancy.

Handling customer complaints

Receiving engineering reports for the treatment and reference of the contractor.

Managing follow-up and control of the contractor's handling of ongoing customer complaints.

Documentation and monitoring of the treatment of test deficiencies.

A position that combines office and field work.

What is important for you to have?

Engineering. Architecture/Bachelor's degree in communication and/or social sciences.

A minimum of two years of experience in a service role/customer relations in an entrepreneurial/contracting company - mandatory.

Experience in using dedicated organization tools, such as: CRM system, Mishkanat, BAMBY, etc.
