Job Title: Assistant Controller

Reports to: Corporate Controller

Job Objective:

Preparation of Company's financial statement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities of Controller:

• Responsible for the financial records of the company
• Professional guidance of the financial reporting of the Company's U.S. subsidiary
• Responsible for detailed month end close process including a complete P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow review, inventory analysis and other key performance indicators
• Guidance and involvement in payroll process
• Guidance, involvement, and control in bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financial statements with supporting schedules for the guidance of management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting packages to the parent company
• Provide accurate and meaningful internal reports, revise, and update reports to be more useful and efficient and provide external reports as necessary
• Prepare the Company's tax forms
• Responsible for analyzing, investigating, and resolving problems independently
