An innovative agrotech startup is seeking a skilled and experienced Global Regulatory Expert to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing product regulatory approval processes across various countries, developing comprehensive work plans, collaborating with international regulatory bodies and consulting firms, and interfacing with R&D and Quality departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute regulatory strategies to navigate complex regulatory

landscapes across multiple countries and regions.

• Prepare and submit regulatory applications, dossiers, and supporting documentation to

regulatory bodies promptly and meticulously.

• Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, addressing inquiries, providing

clarifications, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, legal

departments, and regulatory agencies/consultants, to ensure regulatory alignment throughout

the product development lifecycle.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential regulatory

roadblocks or challenges.

• Monitor and report on regulatory developments, trends, and changes that may impact the

company's products or operations.

• Represent the company at relevant industry forums, conferences, and regulatory meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, Agriculture, or Regulatory

Affairs; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in regulatory affairs, within the

agricultural, pesticide industries or veterinary drugs.

• Proven track record of successfully navigating regulatory processes and obtaining approvals in

major international markets.

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex

regulatory information clearly and concisely.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate regulatory obstacles and delays.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple

projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel internationally to engage with regulatory authorities and attend industry

events.
