HMI Control and Automation Engineer- 2810

The activity of the Operational Technologies (OT) group is divided according to:

· Characterization, planning, programming and maintenance of control systems, monitoring and data collection (production, laboratories and infrastructure).

· Upgrading SCADA control systems

· Providing ongoing support to create development and laboratories including a standby round.

· Factory projects and changes - writing controller code software and developing HMI operating screens

· Characterization, planning and establishment of communication interfaces between different control systems and factory equipment (OPC, Modbus,

fieldbus, Profibus)

· Accompanying and supporting software development in a pharma environment and according to the GAMP rules

· The maintenance of the systems and lines requires mobility and access to the field as needed

Professional requirements:

1. Education engineer/electrical and electronics engineer/instrument and control/software

2. Knowledge of HMI software and DCS/Scada systems

3. Familiarity with Wonderware, Alerton, Wizcon, DeltaV systems

4. Configuration and programming PLC controllers type SIEMENS, AB, GE, etc.

5. Experience working with communication protocols for automation: Profibus DP, Modbus, Fieldbus

6. Developing and writing software to control block diagram, ladder diagram, ST and SFC languages

7. Regular maintenance of control systems and data collection

8. Ongoing support for the production floor and troubleshooting

9. Knowledge of writing characterization documents, validations for control systems

10. Updating design documents (software description, IO lists, flows) as part of writing the software

11. Making changes and I/O and communication connections for Hardware and software level control

12. Experience working with SQL and other databases, maintenance and making changes - an advantage

13. Knowledge and experience with OPC systems and communication networks - an advantage

14. Experience with variable speed drives (VFD) - an advantage

15. Electricity license - an advantage

16. Knowledge and ability to read plans and electrical drawings - an advantage

17. Familiarity with photo and printing systems in production lines - an advantage

General requirements:

1. Experience in similar systems for at least 5 years - mandatory.

2. Ability to lead projects in the worlds of control/automation

3. Ability to work in a team and in front of multiple interfaces

4. High expressiveness in writing and in English (Hebrew/English)

5. Ability to work under pressure

6. High learning ability

7. Willingness and ability to perform weekly on-call including Friday and Saturday

8. Writing procedures

9. Willingness to work in a challenging environment including overtime and Fridays if necessary

10. Work according to procedures required by a pharmaceutical factory. Experience in a pharmaceutical factory is an advantage.
