We’re rapidly growing and looking for another important piece of the puzzle.

Is it you?

In this role, you’ll be a part of a small and strong bookkeeping team. You’ll be responsible for the IL and US bookkeeping and other aspects such as payments, tax, travel reports, and more. We are looking for someone who is very detail-oriented, a real team player, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

The position is in Ramat Gan and reports to the Financial Controller.

We can’t promise it will be easy, but it is definitely exciting and, most importantly - FUN.

Let’s Get Down To Business

The opportunity

• Assist in the company's day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Assist in preparing financial statements based on US GAAP
• Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Perform a thorough review of monthly actuals.
• Prepare the group cash report.
• Assist with the year-end audit, including statutory financial statements and tax return reports.
• Assist the controller with other financial reporting requirements and relevant ad hoc reports.
• Operate in a multicurrency and international environment.
  
  

Requirements

Experience and skills

• CPA Required. Experience from one of the Big 4 accounting firms, with high-tech companies, is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience, post-internship, working within a global company.
• High level of English, both written and verbal.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• An analytical mind.
• A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data.
• Ability to work within time constraints.
• Knowledge and experience with US-GAAP
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Experience with Priority is an advantage
• Experience with Mesh and DOKKA - an advantage
