Role Description

The firm’s Antitrust and Competition Department provides legal services in relation to all aspects of competition and antitrust law. We represent clients before the Israeli courts (in both criminal and civil proceedings), before the Competition Tribunal and the Israel Competition Authority’s Director General, and before government officials and Knesset committees. In addition, we guide clients in executing transactions and other business processes, prepare internal enforcement plans, and provide ongoing legal counsel.

Clients include local and international conglomerates, private and public corporations, and government companies, operating in all areas of industry, including corporations that are leaders in their fields in the Israeli and global markets. Working with foreign corporations and foreign law firms is a significant and inseparable part of the department’s activities. 

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of antitrust laws, competition regulations, and related legal frameworks
• Experience in providing legal counsel on antitrust and competition matters
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
