Join one of the leading and largest real estate companies in the industry! We are looking for a Digital and Media Manager to oversee all marketing activities and digital assets for our offices, malls, and residential buildings. The role involves developing marketing strategies to position the company and achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and work with various internal stakeholders (mall managers, sales managers, etc.). Identify the needs of internal clients and find creative solutions to meet the company's business objectives.
- Strategic and Tactical Planning: Identify marketing opportunities, create timelines (Gantt charts), plan activities and events, and more.
- Content Creation: Develop marketing content and manage external content writers.
- Analytical Management: Oversee campaigns and optimize results by evaluating various digital success metrics.
- Branding: Understand branding, create a brand book with values and language.
- Social Media Management: Manage multiple websites and business pages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Promotional Material Production: Produce various promotional items.
- Event Production: Organize and provide content for events.
- Supplier Management: Coordinate with advertising agencies, event production companies, graphic designers, and more.
This is a full- time, on-site position. The company's headquarters in Ramat Gan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital management, including website management and social media campaign management.
- Experience and ability to manage suppliers.
- Experience working with a variety of internal clients.
- Experience in brand management and developing brand language.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Significant advantage: experience in retail/real estate marketing.
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to create engaging and high-quality marketing content.
- Ability to work independently, energetically, and creatively, with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
