Quality Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to join our team!

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Manage, compile, and write critical quality event reports, including those requiring notification to authorities.
• Conduct, compile, and write in-depth investigations of exceptional events in production processes.
• Lead periodic meetings related to deviations and their findings.
• Review and approve deviations from a quality perspective.
• Monitor and control the initiation, execution, and summary of investigations into exceptional events.
• Coordinate with various departments within the plant to facilitate investigations.
• Train and mentor plant department interfaces on conducting effective investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Track recurring deviations and propose effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent their recurrence.
• Promote quality improvement projects aimed at preventing deviations within the plant.
• Ensure compliance with quality metrics for critical quality events, exceptional events, and in-depth investigations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences – Mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in quality within the pharmaceutical industry – Advantageous.
• Significant experience in writing investigations – Highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English (writing, reading, and speaking) – Mandatory.

Location: Full-time position at Beit Kama, South District, Israel.
