Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled project leader with expertise in RNA based therapeutics. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading and conducting the pre clinical research. This role requires a deep understanding of RNA therapeutics, strong project management skills, and strong experimental biology capabilities. The successful candidate will drive project execution and help shape project strategy.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead and execute mRNA therapeutic pre-clinical projects, ensuring timely progress and achievement of milestones

·       Develop and implement project plans

·       Provide scientific leadership, guiding project direction and making informed decisions

·       Work closely with the CEO to align project goals with company strategy and vision

·       Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to the CEO

·       Exploration of various research questions, including literature review

·       Experiment protocol and result recording

Requirements:

·       Ph.D. or equivalent in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field

·       In-depth understanding of mRNA technology, including design, delivery, and therapeutic applications.

·       Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

·       Hands on experience with tissue culture techniques- must

·       Highly organized

·       Teamwork oriented

·       Fluent English

·       Industry experience- advantage
