**Position Overview:**

As a Systems and Administration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, improving, and optimizing our systems infrastructure. The primary systems you will work with include Monday.com, Make.com, and other no-code/low-code platforms serving all across the company (sales and marketing, operations, manufacturing, service, quality). Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing security policies to ensure data privacy across end-user stations and operational processes. A portion of your time will be dedicated to providing internal IT support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain, optimize, and improve systems infrastructure based on Monday.com, Make.com, and similar platforms.

- Implement and enforce security policies to protect data privacy across all systems and processes.

- Provide internal IT support to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions.

- Document procedures and processes in clear English to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.

- Contribute to strategic planning and systems architecture design.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Strong English language skills for documenting procedures and communicating effectively.

- Creative thinking and ability to innovate solutions.

- Exceptional team player with the capacity to see both the big picture and attention to detail.

- Strong systems thinking capabilities with a proactive approach to system improvements.

- Strong service approach

- Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with systems administration, preferably with experience in Monday.com, Make.com, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.

- Experience with cloud-based systems and SaaS applications.
