LiveU is looking for a MIS Business Relationship Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

As the Senior Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strategic relationships with key internal business units and external stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to ensure alignment between MIS services and the business objectives of LiveU, driving innovation, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and stakeholders.

You will play a vital organizational role in the CIO leadership team.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and users to anticipate evolving needs and design optimal digital solutions.
• Understand Business Needs & Design Solutions: Identify business needs, design digital solutions, and assist in project prioritization to ensure alignment with technology that maximizes ROI.
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization through digital technology.
• Innovative Technology Proposals: Propose and implement innovative digital solutions that align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and boost the company’s competitive edge.
• Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of digital projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Feasibility & ROI Analysis: Partner with the business to develop feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI evaluations for proposed MIS programs and projects.
• Leadership: Manage a team of system implementers and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in IT leadership roles and in product roles
• Experience with the following solutions: Salesforce, Dealhub, Workato, Priority & others.
• Ability to think strategically and to drive change within the organization
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of IT industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies
