About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced C# Backend Developer to join our team on a freelance basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and Windows Azure, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience. This project is based on an hour bank model, starting with 60 hours per month and potentially evolving into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET frameworks.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure applications on Windows Azure.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize and enhance performance, reliability, and scalability of the existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of applications.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in backend development using C#.
• Proficient in Windows Azure services and cloud deployment.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server; NoSQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
