OPEX Engineer

As an OPEX Engineer, you will:

Implement OpEx tools and culture, drive the organization to continuous improvement, savings and root-cause problem solving, improve the organization's health and performance

Key Responsibilities

1.     Cost savings Project management – planning, ROI evaluation, monitoring etc.

2.     Implement OpEx tools (OEE, 5S, Gemba, Problem Solving…)

3.     Maintain and analyze organization's KPIs and reports

4.     Implement and track organizational routines

5.     Perform current state analysis, build improvement plan, and support    implementation

6.     Analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities and support solution implementation

7.     Provide feedback to employees/managers to create OpEx based leadership and culture

1. Perform OpEx trainings

Qualifications

• BSc industrial engineering or Other Eng. degree (Mechanical /Chemical/ Materials/ Biotechnology)
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position in the industry or Project Manager in consulting company leading and Implementing Continuous Improvement processes and projects in production companies

Additional Requirements:

• Project management experience and/or Technical background – advantage
• Ability to build experiments, monitor operational parameters and conduct statistical analysis - advantage
• Presentation skills
• Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and Power-Point
• High level of English (writing, talking, reading)
• Analytical thinking and data analysis
• Good interpersonal skills
• Independent
• Ability to Influence without authority
• Technical orientation
