We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our placement division - Hirely.

Responsibilities:

Find and contact passive candidates using various search techniques, such as LinkedIn Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Social Networking and many others.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting goals

Research and recommend new sources of candidate recruitment.

Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for the positions of the companies we work with.

Conducting in-depth telephone interviews

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills - a must

Extreme passion for employment and people - a must

At least one year of experience as a technology recruiter

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
