Global Information Technology Manager

Position Requirements:

• Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of proficient IT experts, encompassing system administrators, network, and support personnel. Foster professional growth, administer performance evaluations, and cultivate a harmonious and motivated team environment.
• Executive Liaison: Must have a positive attitude to respond to the technology requests from Executive Leadership with a smile and urgency.
• Infrastructure and Systems Oversight: Supervise the implementation, and sustenance of the enterprise's IT infrastructure, spanning servers, networks, databases, and cloud services. Assure the unwavering availability, efficiency, and security of all IT systems.
• IT Support: Manage the IT support domain, warranting swift and effective rectification of technical quandaries encountered by staff, thereby cultivating a gratifying user experience.
• Cloud Operations Proficiency: Display proficiency in managing and upholding cloud infrastructure, together with a proven track record in optimizing cloud expenditure.
• Incident Management: Manage and respond to any infrastructure incidents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Global Information Technology,
• focusing on data center and cloud operations.
• 4+ Years of team lead and management.
• Proven experience in administering end-user computing services with a concentration on employees
• Extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, encompassing networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal attitude, underpinned by the ability to seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional cohorts and top-tier executives.
• Exhibit a strategic acumen that facilitates the harmonization of technological solutions with business objectives.
• Hands-on virtual environments (Nutanix or VMware)
• Hands-On Azure Intune
• Backup systems
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Hands-on experience with networking and network equipment
• Excellent English
