System Team Leader

We're looking for a System Team Leader to join our team in Bnei Brak city.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of system administrators, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage storage systems, with a focus on NetApp technologies, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Administer and maintain virtual servers, storage, and networks.
• Implement and manage cloud solutions to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage security update distribution systems, ensuring timely patch management and compliance with security standards.

Requirements:

-3 years of experience in leading a system administration team.

-Proven experience with NetApp storage systems.

-Hands-on experience with VMware infrastructure.

-Strong knowledge and experience with Azure cloud services.

-Proficiency in using Commvault for backup and recovery solutions.

-Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.

-Familiarity with security update distribution systems.
