Leading Academic Institution is Seeking a Career Coordinator!

Responsibilities include:

• Building and managing relationships with a variety of organizations and employers in the industry.
• Identifying and promoting a variety of job positions, including proactive outreach to employers for job descriptions of vacant positions.
• Providing assistance to graduates and students in career management and integration into the job market.
• Producing employment statistics, conducting workshops and lectures for graduates and students on the job market, organizing events and workshops, and preparing reports and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in career counseling - a must
• Familiarity with the job market.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Service-oriented, discreet, ability to work independently and in a team.
• High-level English and Hebrew - a must
• Proficiency in Office programs
