Responsibilities:
- Boost the marketability and engagement of our games by creating and promoting engaging visual and video content for user acquisition, social media, in-game promotions, and ASO activities.
- Data-driven: Continuously monitor and refine marketing campaigns to improve effectiveness, and optimize creatives based on date and campaign results.
- Innovation: Staying on top of market and global trends, implementing them in our games and marketing assets, researching competitors, exploring new and innovative AI tools, and trying new strategies to raise engagement and reduce production time.
- Improving games marketability by engaging in collaboration with product, liveops, and game design, providing creative assets, ideas, and transforming successful marketing plans into game assets helping retain users as well.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in online marketing, specifically within the mobile gaming industry- Must
- Experience working within a game publisher or game studios and a good understanding of the game marketing process- Must
- Required skills: Motion design and video editing- Must
- Graphic design, 2D art (3D extra), storytelling, creative thinking
- Familiarity with Multiple editing and design programs: ADOBE creative suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, Figma
- Market Analysis Skills: proven ability to perform market analysis
- Marketing Planning: experience in developing marketing plans aligned with company objectives and KPIs
- KPI Knowledge: familiarity with key marketing KPIs such as LTV (Lifetime Value), CVR (Conversion Rate), CTI (Click to Install), CPI (Cost Per Install), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), retention rates, IPM (Installs per Thousand Impressions), etc.
- Communication Skills: excellent communication abilities to effectively share ideas and strategies
- Relationship Building: strong capability to build and maintain positive relationships with the company departments
- Marketing Funnel Understanding: a comprehensive understanding of the mobile marketing funnel, including User Acquisition (UA) and App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Familiarity with Front-end UA dashboards for: Google, Applovin, Unity, Ironsource, TikTok, Facebook, Mintegral, and more- A plus
