Payroll Specialist

Responsibility:

 Treatment of the entire salary and attendance area, which includes:

 Preparation of salaries, preparation of monthly salary reports

 Reports up to the balance sheet to the authorities, etc.

 Performing controls, attendance and checking payslips

 Administration of admission and discharge forms (including compensation, form 161, pension fund treatment, maternity benefits, reserves, discharge letters, etc.)

 Work with insurance companies

 Payroll closing for accounting, testing tests, payments to institutions

 Carrying out the registration of the bank account and payment to employees of petty cash refunds and trips abroad and any other reimbursement related to employees

Requirements:

 Certified payroll accountant

 Experience in the field of payroll - mandatory - at least 4 years

 Knowledge of labor laws and their application in relation to the preparation of wages for employees

 Experience with the Har-Gal system

 Experience with Harmoni system - an advantage

 Experience in priority software - an advantage

 High level mastery of Excel
