BIM Manager for Development-Contracting Projects.

Tidhar Group, a leading real estate and construction company, is seeking an experienced and professional BIM Manager to manage and lead BIM processes in development-contracting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the digital project environment, including the model and information, while promoting efficient communication among all project team members.
• Lead and supervise the implementation of data-driven processes throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Maintain direct contact with all information consumers and suppliers in the project, verify data, and manage information flow.
• Promote and support the technological development environment, emphasizing innovation, methodology, and creating value for the organization.
• Responsibility for defining and adhering to accepted standards, while maintaining a comprehensive view of project processes and outputs.
• Manage all BIM systems, ensure output quality, and meet project goals.
• Provide support and training to the project team and all stakeholders in the digital work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Practical experience in planning projects for execution and broad understanding of planning and construction processes
• Ability to self-manage tasks and schedules
• Strong leadership skills and assertiveness
• Proficiency in related software and add-ons: Dynamo/Revit API/Python/Navisworks/PowerBI - advantage
• Experience in data analysis and management - advantage
• Experience in a similar role
