Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv. We are looking for a System & Networking Engineer to join us. As part of the role, you will be Member of the IT Team that is part of the R&D group

Responsibilities:

• Design, Create and Maintain the company’s network infrastructure (Linux servers, Network services, VPNs, ESXi servers, Security solutions, Monitoring. etc.)
• Create And Provide IT solutions that suites the need and demand of the different departments.
• Design highly secured systems based on an extensive threat model
• Implementing security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions in the market.

Requirements:

• 3+ years with hands on Linux administration
• Deep understanding of networks and hands on experience in large scale environments.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
• Experience working with Virtualization systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience working with Automation tools such as Ansible, python, bash scripting, etc.- Advantage
• Configuring VPN’s solutions, and maintaining - Advantage
