Analyze data and participate in process improvement to ensure operational excellence in serving our patients with Medtronic products and therapies.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Supervising 3PL Spine Operations on all processes starting from receiving, incoming inspection, cleaning, replenishment, shipment and cycle count of spine sets, instruments and implantsFollowing up both structural and ad-hoc issues at 3PL Spine Operations, if needed making connections with applicable functions in Medtronic for resolutionBuilding relationships with various departments including Spine Operating Unit, Customer Care, Regulatory and Quality as applicable for ease of operationsReporting and evaluating on KPI performance levels of 3PL as per Service Level Agreements together with departmental managementControlling financials of the operation as per existing contracts and agreements with 3PLDriving process improvements where applicable with Lean Sigma methodologyMaintaining SAP system and/or other business support system knowledge at Key User level to support 3PL OperationsComplying with the Medtronic's Quality Management System and Quality Objectives to ensure Put Patients FirstRequired Knowledge and Experience:At least 5 years of experience in Logistics operationsPreference to Bachelor’s/masters levelExcellent command of English (reading, writing & speaking)Good system knowledge (SAP & Microsoft office applications)QA focusedExperience in Logistics Operations in medical devices/pharmaceutical sectorExcellent communication skillsProject management skillsCustomer and result focusedStrong operational skills, hands on mentality, action/execution drivenStrong analytical and data-driven skillsPro-active and problem-solving attitudePassionately drive continuous improvements and changeCreative / Innovative skillsSolid personal adaptation skillsAbility to simplify complicated conceptsTravel required for process trainings at European Operations Center of Medtronic; Position is based both at 3PL facility and Medtronic Office.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
