DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Kubernetes, as well as setting up comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems using Datadog.

As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will set out to build and take over our DevOps infrastructure and maintenance from an external organization to in-house at LIQUiDITY. You will work with our global tech teams to build out our infrastructure, improve, and maintain it.

You will:

• Ensure the reliable operation of production and development environments.
• Build and maintain highly flexible & scalable systems to support company growth.
• Define and optimize cloud infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Manage, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure environments using Terraform, Terragrunt, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient service delivery.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
• Continuously work to optimize cloud costs.
• Develop modules and tools to ease the development and deployment processes for other backend teams at the company.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and share this knowledge with other teams through guidance, lectures, and workshops.

You have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer.
• Solid experience in the AWS ecosystem (3+ years).
• Proven experience creating and implementing CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
• Solid understanding and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Highly proficient with Linux on an administrative level.
• Excellent development abilities in at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Proven experience with the DevOps stack (e.g., TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Full professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
