About The Role

We are looking for a Finance Controller for our Israel entities to join our rapidly growing company, reporting to our Corporate Controller located in California, USA. If you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, humility, independence, and a passion for supporting a growing team - we are looking for you.

What you’ll do?

• Manage all activities related to procure to pay (PTP) process, primarily accounts payable including invoice processing and payment runs for Israel entities.
• Lead the monthly closing processes for our Israeli entities including preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and other management reporting as needed, ensuring completeness and accuracy of GL accounts and ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
• Meet local audit and tax compliance requirements, overseeing the preparation of local financial statements, tax filings, while maintaining ongoing collaboration with external accountants for our Israel subsidiaries.
• Support any internal or external audit processes including the preparation of requested documents and interactions with auditors.
• Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits processes for all Israeli employees, and work with payroll service providers as needed.
• Work with the team to develop, implement, and document accounting policies and procedures as required with a focus on driving efficiencies through effective and efficient use of our accounting systems.
• Assist with other ad hoc PTP, GL, and payroll tasks and projects as required.
  
  

• CPA with prior experience in one of the big 4 accounting firms - a must (high-tech industry preferred).
• At least 6 years experience in accounting and related functions, with prior experience working as a Controller of an Israel entity preferred.
• Experience with integrated ERP solutions (experience with NetSuite preferred).
• Proficient knowledge of US and local Israel GAAP; experience working with US Headquartered company preferred.
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
• Able to work independently, follow tasks through to completion, meet commitments, and proactively seek guidance as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
