Responsibilitie

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, engage, and evaluate candidates through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and present recommendations to hiring teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruitment practices.

Requiremen

• 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role from a tech company.
• Experience in global recruiting EMEA- Advantage.
• In-depth understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to assess technical skil.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, striving for continuous process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
