Marketing Manager

The Moshal Program is scaling up and seeking a creative and data-driven marketing manager!

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Moshal Program in Israel. The role includes brand management, creating high-quality marketing content, managing digital campaigns, overseeing and supervising external marketing vendors, and assisting in the planning and execution of events.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in integrated marketing strategies including social media management and digital optimization. Great execution capabilities, excellent storytelling skills, strong communication skills and a deep connection to the mission of the Moshal Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a must. MBA or similar, advantage.

• Proven experience of minimum 5 years in managing marketing budgets and optimizing marketing investments.

• Deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand building, and campaign management.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.

• Experience with website management, SEO best practices, and UX optimization.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

• Proven project management and multitasking abilities.

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Passion for measurable impact and a drive to create a significant change in the world through higher education.
