About The Role

As the Business Applications and Integrations Engineer at Aqua, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the company's management systems across various departments, including Sales, Finance, HR, and Marketing. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the integration ecosystem between these systems, ensuring seamless data flows, logical consistency, and alignment with business requirements. In addition, you will serve as the technical lead for the team, providing guidance on all aspects related to Salesforce, business applications, and integrations, as well as acting as the release manager for the team's tickets.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee Management Systems: Supervise and manage all Aqua's departmental management systems (Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.) and ensure their effective use and integration to support business operations.
• Integration Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between various business applications using Workato and REST API.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise in all aspects of business applications and integrations.
• Release Management: Act as the release manager for the team's development tickets, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of updates and new features. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth release cycles and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaboration and Communication: Communicate technical solutions and integration strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status, system performance, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to business applications and integrations in a timely manner and conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing and integrating business applications across various departments.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce and other business applications.
• Proficiency in integration platforms and technologies such as Workato and PowerAutomate.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical role.
• Self-taught with a proactive learning approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Knowledage in Netsuite, Hubspot, Freshdesk, PlanHat and Jira – an advantage
